Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot at the Ladies Transition Hall Gate.

โณ Late Entry Policy

Latecomers will be subject to delays and may only enter during suitable intervals. Entry cannot be guaranteed if you arrive past your designated slot.

๐ŸŽซ Ticket Requirements

Have your digital or printed tickets ready for scanning at the entrance. Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket. This includes children under 1 (who enter free but must still be booked).

All children must be closely supervised by an accompanying adult at all times to maintain the serene environment of the exhibition space.

For security and capacity management, there is strictly no re-entry. Once you exit the exhibition halls, you will not be permitted to re-enter with the same ticket.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or time-slot modifications once a booking is successfully confirmed, unless the event is cancelled.

Please maintain a respectful demeanor and a quiet tone. Food, beverages, and flash photography are strictly prohibited inside the galleries.

Modest and respectful attire is required. We recommend to dress in white in line with the theme of Hajj.
